CANCELLATION POLICY
At Contour Aesthetics + Wellness, we understand that there may be times when you cannot make your appointment. However, to ensure we can accommodate all of our clients effectively, we require a 24-hour notice for rescheduling or canceling appointments. If you fail to provide this notice, a $100 fee will be charged.
We also respect and highly regard our practitioners time. Because we are booked out weeks in advance, this makes us unable to fill a gap on short notice due to a last minute cancellation.
Appointment Booking and Payment Information
To secure your appointment, we require a credit card on file. This policy applies to all appointments, including those paid for with a gift card or previously “banked” services. Rest assured, your card is stored securely and will only be charged if you fail to provide the required notice. You can change your payment method to another card, cash, or check at the time of your appointment.
No-Show and Same-Day Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled time, your card will be charged a $100 fee.
Repeat Cancellations
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. However, if a client is a no show/ cancels 3 times, the client will be required to prepay in full for future services at the time of booking the appointment. The amount of the prepaid appointment is non-refundable if the no-show/cancellation policy is violated. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable if you no-show or cancel on the same day as your appointment.
Agreement to Terms
By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to these policies. Don’t worry—you will only be charged if you no-show for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.
